RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to process refunds. We occasionally accept returns for exchange on a case by case basis. If an error has occurred with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All products in question must be in new, unopened, and unused condition for us to offer an exchange.

EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at nerdynutra@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package explaining the damage and provide photos showing damage to the external package and the damage caused to your item.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped as soon as possible with most orders shipping same day. At times this will not be possible and we ask that you please give us 5 business days to process and ship your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All packages are sent insured. Customers must contact the shipping carrier to investigate parcels lost or damaged in transit. Your order details and confirmation email will contain all information needed to process a claim with the appropriate carrier.

We are not responsible for these delays - all orders are provided tracking information automatically when they are shipped, sent to the email address provided at checkout. •Q: What are the benefits of the subscribed and safe program?
A:You’ll get an automatic 10% off of every subscribe and save order then after your fifth order, you discount will bump up to 15% off for every order thereafter… It’s our way of thanking you for your loyalty with each order!
•Q: How often do I have to have my subscribe and save order delivered?
A: We offer subscription options at 4, 6 and 12 week intervals. Please note that the bump up in discount to 15% off occurs at the six month mark, regardless of which interval you pick.
•Q: Once I start my subscription, am I locked in for any set amount of time?
A: Your new subscription will run twice. When you choose the subscribe and save option your subscription will process its initial order that day and then run again for a minimum of one more order at the interval you set either 4, 6, or 12 weeks later. After the second order processes, you are free to cancel your subscription with no penalty. The reason we have it set to process twice before enabling canceling is to hopefully eliminate fraud and misuse of the system.
•Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order amount required for a subscription?
A: Nope, you can add one product or all of the products and have them delivered to you on your scheduled interval without ever having to think about ordering!
•Q: If I have a subscribe and save set up, can I still place a one time order through the website?
A: Yes, of course. You will still have your normal account and can always go onto the website and place a one time order.
•Q: What happens if I need to change my subscription or the interval in which it comes?
A: That’s no problem at all. You’ll just go in to your subscribe and save portal on the website and you can easily edit or change the products in your subscription, change the interval at which you receive products, and adjust your personal information like delivery address or credit card.
•Q: What other benefits are there to joining the subscribe and save program besides the discount?
A: We are in the process of adding a rewards program to the subscribe and save. You will get free gifts, bonus offers and discounts, a gift during your birthday month, and free shipping offers delivered directly to your inbox when you are a member of our new subscribe and save program.
